I am overseas. Can this be done remotely?
Yes. Remote signing, consulate or remote online notarization, and coordination with the escrow and title companies are all things the team has done. We work to your time zone.

I have not decided to sell, I just want to know what it is worth. Is that fine?
That is the most common question we get. Knowing the number before deciding is the normal order.
